Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed;
  3. Specific details about the infringing material and its location;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

Failure to comply with the DMCA regulations can result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC Section 512(f). Takedown notices should be sent via email for quick response.

When submitting a copyright infringement claim, be aware that we may disclose your identity to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. The counter notice must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement asserting good faith belief regarding the removal;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Counter notifications should also be sent by email.

Repeat Infringer Policy
